ElderCarelinkDirectory.com (the "Site") is owned and operated by LongRun Strategies, LLC; a Massachusetts limited liability company ("LongRun"). LongRun may amend this Agreement at any time by posting amended terms and conditions on the Site.

1. THE SITE. The Site offers an on-line directory that provides business listings (“Listings”) of providers who offer financial, medical, healthcare and other products or services ("Providers") that may be able to meet Users' needs. Listings are presented to potential customers ("You" or "Users") based on information provided by Users such as geographic location, type of provider or business, and/or name. LongRun is not involved in the actual transaction between Users and Providers and does not promote or recommend any particular Provider. Consequently, LongRun cannot ensure that a transaction will occur or if it does occur that it will satisfy the needs of either Providers or Users. The Site acts as the venue for Users to perform on-line searches to locate listings of providers and/or submit requests to Providers who are clients of LongRun, and the information you provide to us will be sent to Providers in our network. The Site does not dispense medical advice. All charges associated with this service are incurred by the Providers. All rights relating to the Site, including ownership as to content, materials, trademarks and other intellectual property contained in the Site, are the exclusive property of LongRun and You may not copy, reproduce, publish, disassemble, decompile, modify or make any other use of the Site or content contained therein other than as expressly provided hereunder or as may be expressly permitted by LongRun in writing. The Site may contain links to other websites owned or operated by third parties. LongRun has no responsibility, obligation or liability with respect to such third party sites and makes no warranties with respect to such sites and You access them at your own risk. Advertisements appearing on the Site are paid for by Providers. Advertisements do not imply any type of endorsement or recommendation by LongRun..

2. CONDUCT. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and sufficiency of information You supply to the site and agree to provide and maintain true, complete and correct information on the Site. You may not use the Site in violation of any applicable law, in violation of the intellectual property rights of others or to transmit harmful, threatening, obscene or other objectionable material. You may not allow anyone else to use Your email address or access the Site using your email address. LongRun will only use Your Information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will notify Providers who use Your information and any other organizations to whom You authorize release of your information to use it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 4. RELEASE. You release LongRun (and its officers, directors, agents, and employees) from claims, demands, and damages (actual or consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with any dispute You may have with any Provider.

5. INDEMNITY. You agree to indemnify and hold LongRun, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees and partners, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising from your use of the Site, your purchase or use of products or services offered by the Providers, the violation of this Agreement by You, or the infringement by You, or any third party using your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. Your use of the Site, Listings and any other information herein is at your own risk. You assume full responsibility and risk of loss resulting from the use of this information. All information in this site is provided "as is", with no guarantees. LongRun is not responsible for any errors or omissions, or for the results obtained from the use of this information.

6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER. You use the Site at your own risk. THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS, AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. 8. GENERAL. This agreement constitutes the entire agreements between You and LongRun. The rights and obligations of the parties under this Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of The Commonwealth of Massachusetts without regard to its conflict of law provisions and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Commonwealth of Massachusetts or the federal courts sitting in The Commonwealth of Massachusetts and You hereby consent to such exclusive and personal jurisdiction and venue. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. This Agreement is not assignable, transferable or sublicensable by You without LongRun's prior written consent. LongRun may assign this Agreement in whole or in part. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment is created as a result of this Agreement and You do not have any authority of any kind to bind LongRun in any respect whatsoever. Headings are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. All notices under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when receipt is electronically confirmed, if transmitted by facsimile or email or upon receipt, if sent by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested. ElderCarelinkDirectory.com and the content contained therein is copyrighted by LongRun and the marks and designs of the Site are trademarks or service marks of LongRun or its clients. All rights reserved. All material published on the Site including but not limited to the articles, Listings, and other content is the property of LongRun and may not be reproduced for sale or distribution any other commercial use without the express written consent of LongRun.

Privacy Policy

INTRODUCTION.
LongRun Strategies LLC ("LongRun"), owner and operator of the ElderCarelinkDirectory.com web site (the "Site"), respects each individual's right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through the Site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected through the Site.

PART I. INFORMATION COLLECTION
LongRun collects information through the Site at several points and in several ways. The Site is designed to match providers of services, who are clients of LongRun ("Providers"), with potential customers ("Users"). In certain instances, we collect User submitted information such as Email, Name, Address, and Phone Number and other information as to User requested services. This information is collected and used by LongRun in operation of the Site as designed, including submission of User information to prospective providers of services. Although we inform Providers of the confidential nature of information sent to them using the Site, we cannot control nor be responsible how such Providers may use such information once it is received.

LongRun does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 18 to divulge personal information. We also recognize that certain personal information contained on the Site or collected by LongRun may be subject to privacy and confidentiality laws and regulations. LongRun intends to comply with all such applicable laws and regulations.

We collect the following general data as to both visitors and Users that is not personally identifiable information: Pages visited, browser used, manner of connection to the Internet. We collect demographic data in order to improve our website and customer service.

We use registration pages and contact forms to collect personal data, and traffic logs to determine site statistics and to collect non-identifiable data. Certain of the information collected by LongRun will be used for marketing and customer service purposes where permissible. In addition to our referral arrangements with our eldercare Providers, we also have marketing arrangements with certain other Providers that are either: (i) engaged in health care-related activities (other than general eldercare products and services); or (ii) marketing services and products that are useful to seniors and/or their families (such as medical treatment or research of a particular disease or condition). From time-to-time, we may send you information about products or services that are offered by these other Providers that we believe you may be interested in based on the information you provide to us through the Site. For example, if you indicated to us that the care recipient is in need of a wheelchair, we may notify you about a company that offers powered scooters. However, we will not forward your information to these other Providers unless you explicitly authorize us to do so. You may then decide whether you want to authorize us to forward to such Provider(s) the information you provided to us through the Site so that you can receive information about these products or services directly from the Provider, which may include email, direct mail, and/or a phone call as well as access to premium content.

Registered Users may receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals and a newsletter.

The information we collect may be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history. We may supplement information collected at our Site with data from other sources.

We offer links to other web sites. When you click on links to other web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours. We have no control or responsibility as to information which may be obtained or used by owners and operators of such other web sites as to Users or visitors to such web sites.
